Health Assessment
In the event you have any medical conditions, injuries or allergies which may impact your treatment, please let me know in advance. If you are unsure whether your condition is relevant, please get in touch for more information.
It may be that we are unable to proceed with a treatment or you may need written consent from your doctor/GP in advance of your treatment. It is therefore recommended we discuss this before your treatment date to prevent any disappointment or cancellation fees.
With regards to allergies, please be informed that there is a cat which lives on the premises, however, he will not be present at any time of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
It is possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please give me as much notice as you can. I require at least 48 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of £20.00 will apply. If cancellations are made within 3 hours before the treatment or if you do not turn up, then the cancellation fee is the full cost of the scheduled treatment.
Sexual Misconduct
Sexual misconduct is not tolerated at 'The House of Wellbeing', in any form.
These policies are adopted to ensure the safety of all individuals.
Any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.
These policies are adopted to ensure that the therapists time, the massage studio and its efforts be respected, as well as your scheduled service be a stress-free and relaxing experience.
Refer a Friend
Refer a friend and you both receive an extra 15 minutes of free massage time on your next treatment booked.

How it works:

Tell a friend, partner, family member, work colleague (or anyone) about my massages. It must be someone who has not been here before.

On booking their first treatment, they must disclose that they heard about me from you. They will need to tell me your first name and surname. At that point they automatically receive an extra 15 minutes of massage time on their initial booking.

After their first treatment, you receive the same gift. An extra 15 minutes of massage treatment when you book in next. I will get in touch to let you know your gift is waiting for you. Your gift will be valid for 12 months.

Not been here before? That is fine, tell a friend and you can both benefit from the offer together on your first booking. You must book in together even if your treatments are on different days and you must both pay in advance in order to receive the benefit.
The best thing about it is the more friends you refer, the more massage gifts you receive from me!
